Hey, you guys are powering ahead with this extension - keep the good work up!

Just wondering whether the extension has the following features:

Product bundles - multiple SKUs in a single "Product bundle".
Shipping options - ability to set up multiple shipping options, e.g air, freight, courier etc, or even better, multiple shipping options based on locale.
Shipping confirmation email - a trigger to send a confirmation email to the purchaser once the order has shipped
