Corrects the select box issue on Class selection.
This a hack for kernel workflowtype, you have to put :
- ezwaituntildatetype.php in kernel/classes/workflowtypes/event/
- event_ezwaituntildate.tpl in
design/admin/templates/workflow/eventtype/edit/
