Hi.
Based on your experience how do you configure your sqliimport_run and sqliimport_cleanup scripts to run?

We need to execute one script (scheduled) hourly and this will not be run unless our crontab has been configrued properly i know. Would you recomend that we set the cronjob to run hourly for this to fully work or should it be run somewhat later than the sceduled job, for instance 5 minutes past the hour? If the latter is the case will this make sure that all "pased" scheduled items will be run as well?

hope you understand what i am asking you.

Hello

My recommendation is to set the cronjob to run every 5 minutes. Then, SQLIImport let you program your imports to be run hourly from the admin interface (scheduled imports).
And there is only one cronjob to setup : sqliimport_run. It will run the cleanup and index_content once the import job done :).

ok, thanks:)
There are two different cront parts in the cronjob.ini file of your though, but i guess the first one includes the latter one.

Yes I know. The sqliimport_cleanup is for convenience (when developing).
And yes the main one launches the others :)
