Hi Mohamed,

thanks for this cool extension... :)

One question regarding page numbers in the TOC:
In your example you are using the CSS3 stuff target-counter.
Is this supposed to work with the current version of the paradoxpdf?
I guess paradoxpdf is based on flying saucer release 7?

It looks like support for this was just added in flying saucer release 8,

Page numbers in the TOC are not working for me and I just like to know if they should work...
