eZ Webservices API

The goal is to expose as much as possible of existing eZP functionality (views, fetch functions, etc) via webservices.

The ggwebservices and/or ezjscore extensions are a prerequisite for implementing the ws layer.

Currently exposes via webservice calls:

- all existing fetch functions (including ones from extensions)

- all existing module views (including ones from extensions)

- all existing module operations (including ones from extensions)

- an "inspect" function used by the objInspect() template operator in the ezdebug extension

Fine-grained permission checking is included.
