When you login to google analytiics, you get a list of your accounts. When you select one of them, an ID shows up in the URL, the scid parameter. It usually is a number with 6 digits. it will also be repeated in the UA-XXXXXXX-YY code you will see for each tracker.

I have the same question after 3 year : )
where can I find the GoogleAdminInterfaceID? its the same for TrackerID? or GoogleAdminInterfaceID is an API Key?
