runcronjobs.php in crontab doesn't convert queued files

HI,
First, thank you for this great extension.
I can start the conversion of queued files in shell using : php runcronjobs.php flv
However, when I set the cronjob (overall or just flv) in crontab, the log file contains many:
Running extension/ezvideoflv/cronjobs/convert_flv.php at: 24/07/2010 16:22
Completing extension/ezvideoflv/cronjobs/convert_flv.php at: 24/07/2010 16:22
Elapsed time: 00:00:00
even if I still have queued videos.
I tried many different settings (siteaccess, extension...) still the same.
