The stable version of the tool is available at http://svn.projects.ez.no/ezpublishbuilder/stable/pakefile.php - it is a single file and can be downloaded f.e. via wget.

When it is executed the 1st time, the script will take care of downloading by itself all other necessary components - and even update to new stable versions when available.
