This routine has been written to allow eZ publish 3 templates to include
the country name of the client browser.
It is based on the code that www.php.net use to find a local download
site for users and requires CSV updates from .
The code is a shameless rip off of the ezRSS structure also available
here :)
After writing this operator I realized just how powerful the eZ SDK
environmnet is.
It is released under GPL and I hope you find it useful.
