Way in which messages are displayed was modified to make them render faster, feel better (expand/collapse animations) and allow copying text from message body without collapsing it.

Debug messages with SQL queries are now being distinguished from other messages making them easy to filter. SQL syntax is highlighted using SytnaxHighlighter.
