Based on ezcountrytype.php datatype contributed by Esben Maalø.
This version (1.2) supports information collector, and has been tested
for eZP 3.3.3, 3.5 and 3.6.10 adding this ezcountry datatype to the
Feedback form class.
New country names added, together with their ISO codes: Serbia (RS) and
Montenegro (ME), instead of Yugoslavia (YU).
