eZ tpl highlight support for kate/quanta/kwrite

if you use kate/kwrite to edit tpl files, then you must like this ;)
syntax highlight is really usefull when editing eZ template files, so I
write this one for kate/kwrite.
Installation:
copy the included files to the directory:
~/.kde/share/apps/katepart/syntax/
restart you kate/quanta/kwrite, and it will recognize eZ tpl files
