and thank you for this very useful extension.

I'm trying to use it with the custom datatype Enhanced Selection ( http://ez.no/developer/contribs/datatypes/enhanced_selection ) but this datatype does not contain a fromString function.

Is it possible to do without this function?
For exemple, is there a way that I can ignore the fromString process for this datatype only so that I can import directly the value that should be in the data_text column in the database ?
