Well,

I've just got a simple question : is someone still maintaining this extension ?

A sort of forked version has been added to xrowforum and I think the changes they made should be committed to a new eZBirthay extension to have a working independent extension.

Apologies for my late reply.

But I was reviewing some eZ history and came to the Birthday Datatype project,
saw your question and wanted to simply chime in agreement with your suggestion.

It would be nice to see this the continued maintenance of this (to some) important solution.
