This optimizes the UTF8 decoding which is used by the translation system.
If you have problems with a 30 second timeout after setup you should
try this.
Copy ezcodepage.php to lib/ezi18n/classes overwriting the existing file.
You might want to make a backup of the old file.
This optimization will be present in the 3.0-3 release.
*Update 6.6.2003:
Fixes some bugs in the optimized code which would invalidate non-ascii
characters.
